Attorney Brian Lipkin, Senior Counsel

Brian partners with business leaders to develop creative, practical solutions to their employment challenges.

As Senior Counsel, Brian works closely with Mike to advise and represent employees–ranging from middle management to C-suite executives–in all aspects of employment law. Brian often helps clients to negotiate employment agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenants.

Brian is a trial lawyer who represents clients in state and federal courts with excellent results. He also litigates cases before administrative agencies including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD).

Brian helps employees and employers to navigate complex workplace regulations and proactively manage risk. He enjoys strategizing on day-to-day employment issues, including hiring, discipline, termination, accommodations, and leaves of absence. He is committed to getting to know clients and their businesses to deliver the most effective representation.

Brian and Mike previously worked together at Rose, Chinitz and Rose, a boutique litigation firm in downtown Boston. Brian earned his law degree from Boston College Law School, and graduated with honors from Tufts University. In addition to Massachusetts, he serves clients in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Brian’s peers have selected him for inclusion on the Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch lists.

Brian and his family enjoy traveling and watching sports together. In his free time, Brian is learning to become a pilot.
